Chapter 3 - Curious Researcher

One of the ideas that I found really useful was how to practice paraphrasing. Ballenger says to read and understand the part of the article that you want to paraphrase and then to not look back at the book until you are done paraphrasing. I know I will try this idea because when I used to paraphrase, I would always be stuck saying that the way the person said it was the way I wanted to say it. This will help me be able to really use my own style of writing and voice through my paper instead of saying I like the way it was already written.
