One thing that I learned from chapter 3 was notetaking. You have to learn to take good notes on readings and be able to understand what you wrote. This notetaking technique will also help you with summarizing. You have to be able to summarize what you read in order to incorporate it into your paper. The notetaking will help you with this so that you don't have to have the source right with you when you write it. This will help me with paper 3 because it would help me to be able to use the sources without actually having them in front of me. The notetaking also teaches you how to cite and paraphrase correectly. This will definetly help with paper 3.
