I really enjoyed the discussion and the further clarification of the research techniques we learned in the library. I will use the steps of how to properly identify a source and if it is reliable or not. I also really liked the section about thesis statements. I have always known what a thesis statement is supposed to cover, but they always are slightly foreign territory. I will use the information about thesis statements discussed and I will also use the information about finding sources, identifying the type of source, and identifying whether it is reliable or not.
I will not make a thesis statement that is too broad or passes off a judgment because that is not appropriate for our audience or the paper. I also will not use sources that are not reliable and that information could potentially be false because that will not give my sources or my paper any strength.
