2/13/12 Gender

I really don't understand gender any better. This author talked about how when opposite sexes talk in the book how they have to be civil and polite to each other. I noticed this when I was reading Pride and Prejudice. They can't do anything "wild" like talk about a topic that isn't already "approved." All conversations seem so stiff and it's very different from the conversations that happen now between opposite sexes.
