The Curious Researcher's introduction can help me with writing my paper because Ballenger discusses what to do each week for the paper. Writing a first draft is not until after all the research has been done and there is not need to find a thesis just yet. Never use the "I" in these research papers but do give your opinion. Also you cannot use your own experiences as research for the paper, only scholarly articles and books may be used as research. Research papers do not have to be boring, using style can help make the reader want to read it. The end of "Theories of Intelligence" is the author realizes that he is smart. For a while all he did was believe he could not achieve greatness, and did not think he was as smart as others. He finally realized that he is only as smart as he chooses to be and with help from others realized his true potential.
