Curious Researcher Chapter 1

Something that I found interesting from this chapter was how he related our topic to the Where's Waldo books.  By asking kids to find a man or a woman in the book is way to broad and even asking to find everybody wearing yellow is still too much.  By specifically asking to find one thing, it really narrows down the topic and will make a better paper.  If you choose to broad of a topic, you won't be able to fit all of the necessary information into a 6-8 page paper. You can start by choosing a broad topic but then continue to ask questions about it until you have pin pointed the very specific question that you want to ask and answer in your paper.
