What did you take from chapter 1 that can help you with this paper?
One if the most important and interesting things that I took away from this chapter was what you are to do if you are assigned a topic. Since we were only half assigned a topic, looking at something more in depth in your field of study, I still thought that it could still apply and also be useful. It was a method where you would write down anything that you could think of about people, trends, controversies, places, impact, and relationships that related to your topic. Since I am still having troubles narrowing down my topic from Hospitality and Business I thought that this approach could be a good way to start. Also another interesting point that I took away from this chapter was about researching. While Google is a good resource from getting broad ideas, encyclopedias, scholarly articles and a librarians are great resources
