"Two Kinds" 1/12/12

This is a compelling autobiography because she took her lifes experiences and shared them with her readers. While her mother kept trying to push her to be something she wasn't she refused and tried to stick to who she really was. I can relate to this because I am a daughter and I can understand what she went through. My mother tries to push me and says I can be a genius but its hard to live up to their expectations. Sometimes you just want give up. I don't think she wanted to disappoint so she just decided not to try. Also the descriptions she used made it so you were able see what was truely going on in her life. Details always make writing better.
